The Nanoq cap is named after the Kalaallisut, Greenlandic word for polar bear.
The Nanoq cap, like the original Kalaallit "Make America Go Away" cap, features the Greenlandic flag on one side, but with the colors flip-flopped, so that it is red on white instead of white on red.
While it playfully echoes Donald Trump's old slogan, the design is distinctively Danish. The red and white colors reflect the Greenlandic flag, and the typeface, DS 737, is based on the official Danish signage typeface, originally released in 1954 by Dansk Standard as ‘Danish Standard no. 737’.
